mary lydia is a mommy to all, caring for one (or 5) humans at a time in metro Atlanta. She has a background in multiple healing modalities, but believes that love and Enneagram can save the world!  She discovered the enneagram in 2011 and after studying various schools of thought she became an enneagram coach. She believes that enneagram accesses our true essence and true heart in a way she never found through traditional therapy. She particularly loves helping people feel empowered and discover freedom through the lens of the enneagram.
